My child is in the third grade, so I've had limited exposure to the faculty. His first and second grade teachers were excellent, however, third grade has been a nightmare. His teacher started off introducing herself as the hardest working teacher at the school. It was painfully obvious that all she cared about was herself and her reputation. The sad part is that most parents have bought into this BS. My child has some sensory issues and "Ms Homework" could care less. He is losing interest in school and she keeps him in every day during playtime. He is not a behavior problem, he just works slow. My neighbor's child had this teacher and feels the same way. One day her child wasn't writing neat enough, so "Ms Homework" ripped the paper in front of the whole class, and then lied about not doing it to the girl's parents. This teacher has no business working with children.
