Filer High School - Filer - Submitted by: Barbara Im a: Former Student Date: 15/04/2008
i attended filer high from 2001-2005, and in my opinion i could not have attended a better high school, the teachers were awesome, and you honestly feel like it is your second home, cause when something happens to someone else everyone comes together to help.
North Junior High School - Boise - Submitted by: concerned parent Im a: Parent Date: 16/02/2008
North Jr. High use to be a school which treated all kids with heart and integrety. It seems with the recent changes the school has changed its philosophy when dealing with kids with problems. My recent experience with North is that kids who get in trouble are deemed trouble makers and are dealt with through negative consequences rather than with conversation and understanding. Teens will sometimes misbehave as that is their nature and it is at this crucial time when they make there decision...
Kimberly High School - Kimberly - Submitted by: D Im a: Parent Date: 07/02/2008
The faculty at KHS is extraordinary. The teachers are generous and the kids really seem to like most of them. The students at this school have high test scores and are taken care of. The faculty seems to be understanding and really have the children's best interests at heart. The coaching staff at Kimberly High School are talented, as are the devoted high school athletes. Kimberly has the reputation of being competitive, talented, devoted, and, often, undefeated ... in academics and...
Kimberly High School - Kimberly - Submitted by: Ariel Im a: Student Date: 07/02/2008
The school hallways are wet and slippery and always dirty and gross. There is no cafeteria. The food is really nasty: the meat is not always cooked through, the food is rubbery, makes us feel sick, we sometimes find hair in it. We don't have field trips, don't have many dances, the class periods are way too long, the teachers insult our intelligence fairly often. Our track is a disgrace- no one wants to come here for track meets. Our football field is not sheltered from the elements. A lot of...
Kimberly High School - Kimberly - Submitted by: Cailtin Im a: Student Date: 07/02/2008
When the new Kimberly High School building was built, they didn't plan very well for the rapid growth in population. The classrooms are cold, small, cramped, and uninsulated. Also, there is no cafeteria, the middle school students walk to the elementary school cafeteria for lunch and the food is bussed over to the high school where the students eat it in the commons area. Over all, this facility is not of the highest qulaity when it comes to size, planning, and comfort.
