I have seen the traffic situation at Waiau for three years now and commend the JPOs and female traffic attendant. What I don't appreciate is the male traffic attendant (assume a teacher) whose presence does not change the congestion whether he is there or not. His arbitrary rules that apply to parents other than his friends are unwelcomed (insisting that cars keep moving around the small parking lot while the child is being delivered to the classroom in my opinion only causes more...

In the late 70's WES had some of the best teachers in the world. My favorite teacher was Mrs. Miyazaki. I remembered her being my kindergarten teacher and i loved her so much i prayed that God would let herbe my teacher again and he did she ended up being my 6th grade teacher and what a treat it was. She was the best story time reader in the world. "How to eat fried worms" was my favorite story she read to us.
