I went to Stone Mountain Middle my 8th grade year. The work was somewhat undedstandble and I did pass. Some teachers cared for their students and pushed them (in their own way) to sucess. Some just didnt care and gave us work. And the others they did what was best for them and not for their students. They picked favorites. the counselers and the principal and staff were great. they just needed help picking the right teachers. the cafeteria food was...um..some was okay and the rest was just horrible. but the food was better than the rest of the schools in the area. the students there however...Alot of students liked learning and knew how to behave. the other students however, i think were smart but they just didnt behave, and that's why most of them are in summer school and barely passed. there were alot of fights and arguments between the students and authority but overall i think i had a good year
