We were so thrilled with the year our child had at SJES. Teaching isn't an easy job but my child's teacher seemed to do it effortlessly. The emphasis on reading has opened up a whole new world to our child. And I think that may be why our child excelled in every area of the CRCT testing.
The staff is wonderful and supportive and the parent-teacher communication is excellent. The children have an amazing playground to get out their extra energy. Even the lunch room is fun with music playing and kids still being allowed to be kids! Very refreshing! (We've experienced schools where they expect the children to whisper at lunch and not sit by friends).
