I have been substituting at Mason for about three weeks. I found the teachers to be very caring and the educational program to be excellent, as in all the other schools I have been to in Gwinnettt County. Although the school was built fairly recently, some of the classes are in trailers due to the explosive student population in the area. Great school.
I feel this school should offer some kind of foreign language b/c of the differnt languages of the children that attend. the state of ga is too diverse not to start this earlier than highschool, the schools are teaching spanish speaking kids english but our english speaking kids are not learning spanish, where will that put my children when it comes to getting a job and they offer more money for bilingual applicants.
overall it's an OK school.But its not very safe or a clean enviorment! THE TEACHERS ARE NICE! We have lots of after school activities.
This is a good school some people think it is a bad area but it isn't they do not know what they arte saying. I have lived here for 5 years and nothing happened that was really bad or even bad it is great school nice teachers and staff keep it up.
I would like to express my sincere thanks to you and your staff on behalf of the students and byself in the barbering program of Augusta Technical College for having us at your parent academy night. My students are still talking about the great time they had!Please call us in the future.
