I was just on CNN's website where I saw a video of an incident involving a teacher & a student. Situation being: a student asked to be excused to go to the restroom. The teacher refused and gave the student (2) choices: 1. go in your pants or 2. in you lunch box.
Now I live in New York City and have seen & heard some crazy things, but this is by far the sickest more disgraceful thing I've ever heard. I always thought a person was persumed innocent until proven guilty. The student should have been allowed to go to the restroom & if later he was found to have done something wrong , action should have been taken. In my opinion, the teacher should be released from his or her duties @ your facility and charges should be brought against him for violating the students rights
