I'm a proud parent of my daughter who is currently attending Bay Meadows Elementry. My daughter has been attending since Kindergarten and she is now entering 2nd grade. My remarks about this school are: even though this school is rated high, I think they could improve their tutoring programs! My daughetr really struggled in 1st grade and their wern't many options to choose from to help her improve. She did attend there tutoring program but it didn't help her at all in the areas she was failing in! Also they need to update their playground by adding proper sun protection (or invest in building a gymnasium). Lastly but not the least they need to broaden their horizons on the color barrier. Speaking as a african american parent I have seen and heard from other parents alike that minor isolation treatment has occured in some way or form to our children. My overall reveiw of this school would be an 8.
