First, let's rename "Extra-curricular activities" to "CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES" ala college/university verbiage. I would be lacking today if I hadn't experienced clubs and organizations at Enfield High School from 1966-1970. The Enfield History Club was the memorable. We took a field trip with then "Mr." Taylor to Shaker historical sites near the prison. Contributed to my love of history. Today I'm retired, and I've become a WWII history buff and trying to trace my father's footsteps in Italy et.al.
