Connections Academy - Denver - Submitted by: Yvonne Im a: Parent Date: 11/01/2012
Connections Academy is honestly quality education. I have 3 children enrolled in the CA that have prviously attended the neighborhood public school. The confidence in their studies have have improved 100%, they enjoy being challenged and the simple fact that they can work at a pace they are comfortable with. They can focus better (because they're not being distracted or being rushed through a topic that they might sturggle in. My 3 children are on the "A" honor role, in activity clubs, go on...

Likes: Connections Academy in our state is the best! We have teachers who actually know their stuff. They never take more than a few hours to get back to us unless they tell us they are not going to be in for some reason and even then, they still show up sometimes during those. The classes are set exactly for what the kids need for graduation and then they are allowed to discuss with the parents what they want for additional classes. The parents are then able to ok the classes and can decline...

Wildflower Elementary School - Colorado Springs - Submitted by: Andrew Im a: Parent Date: 10/05/2011
My son enrolled in their head start program. He'd been spending half of the time in district 2 and half of the time with me in district 49. I brought him to the program two times a week and I was OK with how it went- the leading women seemed to really care about the kids and genuinely supportive of education. I had heard some parts of district 2 have problems due to funding etc, but I didn't see anything negative and saw many positive things in their head start program.
