Becky Potten who was the principal back in 1998 or 1999 was a careing loving principal, she would go out of her ways to help me when i was crying because i got introuble by Mis. Safold.. i will never forget when Ms. Potten had me pick a prize from the prized basket and all The Tiger Clubs and the Play we had every year befor winter vacation that was performed by a couple of college sstudents if i remember that right... over all AUGUST elementary was and may still be a great school!!!! and i learned a lot in that elementary school then the onne that i latter attenden in San Diego California. My teacher were Ms.Martinez, Ms.Chin (R.I.P.), Mrs.Davis, Mrs.Carbomb, Ms.Saffold, and Mr.Gonzallez
