I am a former student of charles h castle school and now a parent of a first grader in mrs. andersons class.I am and have always belived in th teacher and school. Having had a great seven years as a child, I think the school has done a grat job for generations to come. Great job castle school!!
I think the school staff and support staff are great people, educated, work hard, and do care about the kids. I think the school district is terrible. I am glad that they are merging to be in the twin rivers school district. I think the previous principal was very hard working but did not get the support of the district to achieve the level of success necessary to get out of the troubled test score they are having. I HAVE TWO CHILDREN NOW GOING TO THE 4TH AND 6TH GRADES. THEY HAVE BEEN HERE AT COLIN POWELL SINCE KINDERGARTEN. I LOVE THE TEACHERS AND ALL THE STAFF. THIS IS THE BEST SCHOOL BY FAR, FOR THE BEST LEARNING EXPERIENCE EVER FOR ANY CHILD THAT ATTENDS.
I loved this school so much. Remember me? I'm the student who moved to China. Kathryn Yin. I miss the school, but I'm doing great in China. The school is great; it's probably even equal to my private school I'm in right now. I miss everyone and am wishing you all good... things.
