I have no knowledge of the school or teacher you are referring to, but in reading your post, I wonder if your child has had a major change or traumatic event occur int he last couple of years. Has your child been through a change of residence (house or town)? Has their been a divorce? Abuse?
There might be more than just the school/teacher affecting your child.
Do you work on school work with your child after school?
Have you considered a different school or classroom?

My two kids have attended Northwest for the past two years. The school's facilities are clean and in good repair. The teachers are friendly and helpful and the Principal is excellent.
I love this school.
My old school had got torn down last year, but people have been really nice to me this year!
