My concerns are that when I need the help and have tried everything that I could in my two classes. And still that haven't had the help that was required when started and it was also in the brochure also. They have to be more honest and upfront when it says in the brchure help is required when it is needed and not let me fail or not pass.

I feel that Virginia College was not up in the times as it should have been the computers were all 2003's and just feel cheated that I spent almost $20,000.00 and can't operate some of the micosoft programs that I need to be the sharpest at.
I feel I should be able to get a free quarter of intermediate word2008 or 9 witch ever the computers are updated to at present.
