I have seen the traffic situation at Waiau for three years now and commend the JPOs and female traffic attendant. What I don't appreciate is the male traffic attendant (assume a teacher) whose presence does not change the congestion whether he is there or not. Hello. I am not sure if they even still have this program but didn't actually attend the school. I participated in a GED program there. The program consisted of you taking the test in parts. There was no time frame that the test had to be completed. The first part of the test, you had to complete two parts of it; I did the writing portion and math.
